Based on our records, a large portion of your recent orders were delivered significantly slower than the majority of orders for your region. This creates a bad experience for restaurants and diners as it can impact food quality and safety. It also suggests that you may be intentionally and fraudulently delaying orders. As outlined in more detail in your Delivery Partner Agreement, you agreed to pick up and deliver orders in a timely manner. If these service issues continue, Grubhub may be forced to end our partnership with you.
